BeHome is a long-term hostel in Surfers Paradise designed for international students and working holiday makers. We offer clean, safe, and affordable shared accommodation with a welcoming community vibe — it feels like home, not a backpackers
Our minimum stay is 4 weeks.
We are a long-stay property, ideal for people working or studying on the Gold Coast.
We offer different room types to suit different needs:
Bunk room (4 people) – $220 per week
Bunk room (2 people) – $265 per week
Private capsule – $290 per week
Large private capsule – $300 per week
Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and linen.
2-week rent bond for stays under 2 months
4-week rent bond for stays 2 months or more
Your bond is refunded after checkout (subject to terms and conditions).

We are a home for international guests on working holiday, student, or training visas — typically in their 20s and 30s — who want a quiet, respectful place to live while working or studying in Surfers Paradise.

We’ll arrange your check-in time with you in advance.
You can pay your deposit by bank transfer before arrival, or card on the day.
We’ll meet you, show you around, and get your agreement signed.
Just your suitcase! We provide bedding, storage, and cleaning supplies. You’ll want to bring your own food and toiletries.
We ask for 2 weeks’ notice if you’re leaving. Your bond will be refunded as long as your room is left clean and you’ve met your agreement terms.
