We provide the essentials for a comfortable stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent, plus brand new linen and a steam-cleaned mattress.
You’ll just need your clothes and personal items (and of course your own food). Oh — and don’t forget to bring a willingness to be part of a community.

Our minimum stay is 4 weeks. After that, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
We don’t pre-book your capsule for someone else on a fixed end date — it stays yours until you tell us you’re ready to move on (subject to your account staying up to date and house rules being followed).

Boarding houses and rooming accommodation in Queensland fall under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, which requires a written Rooming Accommodation Agreement and bond lodged with the RTA. At BeHome, our own house rules cover respectful shared living, quiet hours, and community guidelines, which we go through with you at check-in.
Yes — BeHome has no maximum stay. Our 4-week minimum is just the starting point; many residents stay for several months at a time while working or studying in Surfers Paradise. Talk to us before your current booking ends to arrange an extension.

You’ll need a valid passport or government-issued photo ID, your date of birth (guests must be 18–35), and to pay your bond plus first 2 weeks’ rent in advance to secure your booking.
Yes — there’s no visa-specific restriction on renting. WHV holders can enter a standard tenancy or rooming agreement the same as any other renter, and BeHome welcomes working holiday makers as a core part of our community.
